Do you have a cancellation Policy?

At Restored Beauty by Jessica Grajeda, I understand that life happens-and sometimes beauty appointments need to shift. That's why I offer a flexible cancellation and no-show policy to help keep things running smoothly for everyone. If you're unable to make your appointment, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and last-minute cancellations will incur a 10% fee. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. These policies help ensure fairness for all clients, especially those on a waiting list. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
